Friday, May 18th, 2012

Marcellus Shale Coalition

Want to know more about the Marcellus Shale Coalition (MSC)?  The  coalition, which represents approximately 300 companies with active operations across the Marcellus and Utica formations, unveiled a new website this past week.

According to a news release by the MSC, the new and improved website will serve as the online home to the region’s largest trade association.  The revamped site was built to incorporate the latest technologies aimed at improving user experience.

“The natural gas industry consistently leverages new, cutting edge technologies across our operations. Likewise, our new online headquarters will help ensure that straightforward, fact-based information is readily and widely available, and easily assessable,” said Steve Forde, vice president of policy and communications for the MSC. “After researching best practices and engaging our members, our new site was built to optimize user experience and further incorporate social media tools into our communications strategy.”

The new website offers an interactive, user-friendly hub of useful, fact-based and timely information.  You can even sign up for an informational list which provides current information on topics related to natural gas development.

Make sure to visit the new website and check out the new features!
